A project team will be set up to implement the project:
From the Leader: Project Manager (PM)
From the partner: Financial Responsible (FR), Purchasing Responsible (PR), Technical Responsible (TR), Communications and Human Resources Responsible (CHR).
Role of FR: accounting and financial management of the project, making payments to contractors, drawing up accounting and financial reports;
Role of PR: achieving purchase plan, necessary purchasing forecast, coordinating procurement process of project-related contracts, acquisition centralization, contract monitoring, document archiving, progress reports;
Role of TR: management of issues related to supervision and contract monitoring, collaboration with contractors’ representatives;
Role of CHR: fulfills all the obligations of the beneficiary regarding the information and publicity measures related to the project and the management of human resources.
