On October 26, 2017, the financing contract for the above-mentioned project was signed between the Beneficiary Private Forest District Brețcu in partnership with the Vinca Minor Association and the Ministry of Regional Development, Public Administration, and European Funds.

The project is funded through the Operational Program Environment, Axis 4, OS 4.1 “Increasing the degree of protection and conservation of biodiversity through appropriate management measures and restoration of degraded ecosystems,” co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
The targeted area of the project is the community interest site (Natura 2000) ROSCI0130 Oituz-Ojdula, covering an area of 15,319 hectares.
The contract duration is 36 months.
